We will go ahead carefully with the repair with our specialised equipment. You cannot worry about the integrity of your data.
4. Return to the specified address
After the repair is complete, we will contact you and specify address and delivery time as fast as possible so you can enjoy using your device once more.

How does it work?
You contact us, we will help you and estimate a price for your specified repairs, please request a quote. When your device gets to us, we will do our full diagnostic protocol on your device, all our diagnostics are free of charge. When your device is ready to be repaired we will contact you with all the details, so you have nothing to worry about.
How do I mail my device?
Please fill the form from request a repair we will respond back with an estimate and shipping instruction.
How do I pay?
You can pay with PayPal, bank transfer, or cash whatever is convenient for you. When you choose to pay using PayPal please make sure you are paying the PayPal fees.
What if my device is beyond repair?
No, fix no fee.
Who pays for the shipping?
You pay when you ship to us and we will pay when the repair is successfully done and ship it back to you. If you decline a repair there is a costing fee between £15-£25.
Where do I send my device to?
You will send it to our address, we have different location to make it faster, please contact us for further details.
How long does it take?
Usually 1-7 days. Data recovery may take longer.
Why do you need my passcode?
We need the passcode to test the features of your device to make sure everything is functioning as they should. If you are concern about us seeing your data please do a complete backup of your device, and reset the device to its factory setting before sending it to us.
What happens if my device gets lost or damaged during the shipping?
Please contact the shipping company. Always ensure your package when sending it to us we recommend signed for when sending it to us, we will do the same.
How long of a warranty do you offer?
We offer a 3-month warranty for our repairs. If your warranty period has run out please contact us.
Should I send the entire device?
Yes, we recommend you to send the complete device unless we have agreed differently.
What if I don’t pay for the repair?
All invoices must be paid within 30 days, otherwise, you will forfeit your device. We will make multiple attempts at collection within those 30 days.
